Headquartered in Germany with subsidiaries around the world, Börger develops, manufactures and sells rotary lobe pumps, macerating technology and feeding technology for the conveyance of low to high viscous and abrasive materials. Börger’s core product, the Blueline Rotary Lobe Pump, is a self-priming, valveless, positive displacement pump available in 21 models within six series delivering flow rates up to 7,500 gpm. All Börger equipment is constructed using MIP (Maintenance in Place) design. This allows for an almost limitless operational lifetime. Through the Quick-Release Cover all wetted parts can be maintained or replaced by your own staff without the removal of pipe or drive systems.
Börger BLUEline Rotary Lobe Pump
This heavy-duty pump is capable of running dry for a short time and can be used for loading or unloading by reversing the flow direction. The screw rotor provides pulsation-free operation for the conveyance of highly viscous and abrasive materials. Applications include Crude Oil, Produced Water, Polymer Flood, Drilling Mud, Cuttings, Knock-out Condensate, Fuel Oil, Refined Products, Waste Oil, etc.
Börger BLUEline Oil Skimmer Rotary Lobe Pump
Börger AL 75 Oil Skimmer Pump is aluminum constructed, extremely lightweight and has a compact hydraulic motor. This self-priming rotary lobe pump is capable of running dry for a short time and can be used for loading and unloading by simply reversing the flow direction. The quick release front cover provides direct access to the pump interior.
Börger BLUEline Submersible Pumps
The small footprint, chemical resistance and the ability to convey highly viscous media without problems make Börger pumps the ideal submerged or semi-submerged pump. Depending on the medium, different rotor types available in a variety of different materials (e.g. elastomers, plastics or metals) are used. Liquid as well as viscous or abrasive media can be handled without any trouble.
