About us

Headquartered in Germany with subsidiaries around the world, Börger develops, manufactures and sells rotary lobe pumps, macerating technology and feeding technology for the conveyance of low to high viscous and abrasive materials.

Products and services

Today, Börger is the largest manufacturer of elastomer coated rotary lobe pumps in the Americas. Their core product, the BLUEline rotary lobe pump, is a self-priming, valveless, positive displacement pump available in 21 models in six series delivering flow rates up to 7,500 gpm. This heavy duty pump is capable of running dry for a short time and can be used for loading and unloading by reversing the flow direction.

Börger recently introduced the ONIXline rotary lobe pump – a compact, precise and energy efficient pump used when other pumping systems reach their limits. At the heart of the ONIXline pump are the newly developed rotors which help to ensure gentle and almost pulsation-free operation while achieving maximized efficiencies at high pressures.

Börger also offers a comprehensive lineup of macerating equipment for grinding coarse materials, solids and stringent debris.
ONIXline Rotary Lobe Pumps

The ONIXline is a positive displacement rotary lobe pump designed for conveying demanding media. It is used when other pumps have reached their limits. Newly developed rotors, in a flow-optimized pump casing, combined with the robust carrier and timing gear ensure gentle and almost pulsation-free operation while achieving maximum efficiency at high pressures. Equipped with a very large sealing chamber, the ONIXline offers different sealing options for specific applications.
