We produced this impressive solid forged, heavy thickness heat exchanger tubesheet. Material is solid forged Alloy 310 MoLN / UNS S31050 / W. Nr. 1.4466. Forging Dimensions OD 2.080 x 355 mm thk., Forging weight 9.850 KGS. Fully machined, cleaned, UT and PT tested according to customer specification. Another example of our possibilities for large size heat-exchanger tubesheets in high alloyed stainless Steels, Nickel-Base-Alloy and Titanium!
Seamless forged, heavy wall thickness tube
We successfully manufactured and delivered this impressive seamless forged, heavy wall thickness tube for a process in chemical engineering. Material solid forged Alloy 625 / UNS N06625 / W. Nr. 2.4856. Dimensions OD 620 / ID 320 x 2.000 mm length. Forging weight 4.800 KGS. Fully machined, cleaned, UT and PT tested according to customer specification.
